Legal disclaimer
By engaging with Monolith Studio and its creative services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Intellectual Property
All design work, including but not limited to logos, brand identities, graphics, visuals, and any related concepts or materials created by Monolith Studio, remains the intellectual property of Monolith Studio until full payment has been received and the rights have been expressly transferred in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, modification, or distribution of any materials, drafts, concepts, or final deliverables without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Scope of Work
All services provided by Monolith Studio are bound to the agreed-upon scope as outlined in formal proposals, contracts, or invoices. Any additional work requested outside of that scope may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
Creative Direction and Artistic Integrity
Monolith Studio retains the right to decline requests that compromise creative integrity, violate copyright laws, promote hate or misinformation, or otherwise conflict with our values and standards. We reserve the right to publicly display selected design work for portfolio, promotional, or educational use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for the completion of the project. Any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or misleading information will not be the responsibility of Monolith Studio. Clients are expected to review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
No Guarantees
While Monolith Studio commits to high-quality, professional design services, no guarantees are made regarding business outcomes, sales, or third-party usage. The effectiveness of branding and design depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Monolith Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of any design materials or services. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve matters informally first. If necessary, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, where Monolith Studio operates.
